Seamon, Whiteside & Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce our newest LEED® certified staff. Land planners Cameron Clements, Zach Beardon, and Ben Liebetrau, and civil engineers Ike Boatwright and James Wilson have successfully passed the LEED® Accredited Professional examination.

Developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) membership, the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is a national consensus-based, market-driven building rating system designed to accelerate the development and implementation of sustainable building practices.
