Bon Secours St Francis Medical Office Building (pdf)
The Millennium Campus, a research and corporate campus development located near CU-ICAR, has leased 25,000 sq. ft. of medical office space to its first tenant. SW+A provided master planning, civil engineering, landscape architectural, and construction administration services for the new addition to the Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital System.
