Prentiss Findlay of The Post and Courier filed a report (June 24, 2009) for the daily newspaper on the parking lot redesign for Patriots Point Naval and Maritime Museum. The focus of the master plan is to improve various aspects of the existing facility and add new elements to make better use of the property and increase its viability as a destination for visitors and locals alike. The plan was developed and presented to the Patriots Point Development Authority by SeamonWhiteside + Associates staff members Ben Liebetrau, RLA, LEED®AP, William O'Neal, E.I.T., LEED®AP, and SW+A's Vice President Stuart Whiteside, P.E.
