When landscape architect Kenny Seamon and civil engineer Stuart Whiteside created a business partnership in 1985, their company was the lone firm in town offering both the services in one house.

Their unique mix worked, and soon they added another principal to the company, landscape architect Lee Gastley.

Ever since, the leadership team has continued to bring on more professionals to Seamon Whiteside + Associates, with expertise in one of the many facets of land design.
