Automated Trading Desk

In collaboration with other nationally recognized architecture and landscape architecture firms, SW+ provided master planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering services for this $32M corporate facility.

Governor’s Park

SW+ provided master planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, permit coordination, bid phase assistance, and construction administration services on this 42 acre park facility located on Daniel Island.

CUICAR

The Technology Neighborhood 1 Plaza (TN1) at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research is the common thread between each of the buildings that make up TN1

Tides

Coleman Boulevard Revitalization

Working with Parsons Brinckerhoff/PB Placemaking, SW+ developed conceptual plans for the revitalization of Coleman Boulevard.

MUSC Bioengineering & Urban Farm

The James E. Clyburn Research Center is comprised primarily of two interconnected buildings: The Drug Discovery Building and the Bioengineering Building.

Mount Pleasant Towne Centre

SW+ provided comprehensive master planning, civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for this 75-acre urban shopping, dining and entertainment center.

I’On Neighborhood

I’On, recognized nationally as a testament to exemplary new urban design, is a 220-acre, New Urbanist, residential neighborhood designed around several existing lakes and bordering on a salt marsh.
